We heard about the Field of Dreams movie site being open to the public so we just had to stop. About 2 hours later we are playing catch on a baseball field in the middle of a corn field. It was fantastic...even though it was like 110 degrees. In addition to the photos, below is a link to some video.

After we summoned the ghost of shoeless joe, we got back on the road and came across the Frank Lloyd Wright house "Cedar Creek". We missed the last tour for the day, but we got some photos and a little history lesson and then were back on the road.
The next stop was the summit of Hawkeye Point (The Iowa Highpoint).
