I'm in Zurich Switzerland right now folks. I came dangerously close to missing my flight because the Golden Gate Bridge was fogged over. When I got to the airport they said I missed the cutoff and would have to take another flight. A few carefully placed jokes and apologies helped me win over the women behind the ticket counter and I ultimately got a personal escort through security to the gate. For those of you who don't believe you can catch more flies with honey...I arrived to an international flight 25 minutes before scheduled departure and they let me on plane.

To hear over an Airport PA, "This is a last call for boarding for Mr. Andrew DeFeo on Swiss Air Flight 39 to Zurich. Please make your way to the gate as soon as possible.
So...close call...but I made it. The flight was pretty uneventful. There was a guy who spoke swedish too loud...a guy who laughed too loud and 3 babies crying. Nothing an Ambien and 4 glasses of wine couldn't fix.
I leave for Spain tomorrow morning. In the meantime, I'm going to explore a bit and get a good night's sleep.
